摘 要:为进一步提高运营线路钢弹簧浮置板轨道的减振降噪性能,最大限度降低地铁振动和二次结构噪声对居民的影响,提出一种在浮置板上增设配重装置的措施。通过建立有限元模型开展不同参数配重装置的动力仿真分析,得出质量增加20%的配重装置综合指标最优。在浮置板自身振动加速度增加不多前提下,降低钢轨和浮置板的垂向位移,隧道壁Z振级较既有浮置板减少3.26 dB。选取100 m试验段,对改造前后隧道壁振动、室内振动和二次结构噪声进行测试评估。安装配重装置后,隧道壁垂向振动降低2.73 dB,室内振动降低2.75 dB,室内二次结构噪声降低3.58 dB(A)。研究表明,增设配重装置在提高钢弹簧浮置板道床减振降噪性能方面效果显著。To improve vibration and noise reduction performance of steel spring floating slab track on operating lines,and minimize the effect of subway vibration and noise to residents,this paper proposed a measure of adding a counterweight device on steel spring floating slab.By establishing a finite element model,this paper analyzed dynamic properties of counterweight devices with different parameters,and drew a conclusion that counterweight device with 20%weight of the floating slab had the optimal overall indicator.In the premise of little acceleration of floating slab,the measure can reduce vertical displacement of rail and floating slab,and reduce Z weighted vibration acceleration level of the tunnel wall by 3.26 dB.A 100-meters test section was chosen to test and assess the tunnel wall vibration,indoor vibration and noise in the condition of installing counterweight device.Results show that,with the application of the device,Z weighted vibration acceleration level of the tunnel wall and the indoor floor of alongside buildings are reduced by 2.73 dB and 2.75 dB respectively,and buildings indoor noise is reduced 3.58 dB(A).The measure could improve the performance of steel spring floating slab track on operating lines to a great extent,in terms of vibration and noise reduction.
