浅谈高效互助型班干部队伍的培养与使用机制

摘  要:班级是学生在学校的家,是学生学习工作的场所,班干部是班级成员,也是班级的管理者和主要建设者,加强对班干部队伍的管理不仅能提高学生工作的成效,而且对高职人才培养有着十分重要的现实意义。笔者认为现阶段高职的班干部存在“四力”不强等突出问题,多数高职班级无法实现自治管理,班干部管理能力欠缺,加强班级管理要从提升班干部管理能力入手,并制定相应的班委会工作制度及考核方案,从而打造一支高效互助型班干部队伍。Class is the home of students in school,the place where students study and work,and class cad⁃res are class members,class managers and main builders.Strengthening the management of class cadres can not only improve the effectiveness of students'work,but also have very practical significance for the cultivation of higher vocational talents.The author thinks that at the present stage,there are some outstanding problems such as"four forces",most higher vocational classes can not realize autonomous management and lack of management ability of class cadres.To strengthen the class management,we should start with improving the management abili⁃ty of the class cadres,and formulate the corresponding work system and assessment plan of the class committee,so as to build an efficient and mutual aid class cadre team.
