摘　　要：随着我国工业进步和社会发展,“工匠精神”一词被赋予更多的时代价值和精神内涵。艺术设计专业人才的“工匠精神”是指具有一定专业能力和职业认同,能够运用精湛的设计技艺进行实践操作和创新研究,并在其中体现职业价值取向和行为表现。基于“工匠精神”的高职艺术设计专业人才培养的实践意义主要体现在精神动力支撑、内在条件培养、创新思辨源泉、思政教育根本、职业价值取向和理想信念提升。在新时代培养追求卓越、严谨求实的高职艺术设计专业人才的“工匠精神”意义重大。With the industrial progress and social development in China,the term"craftsman spirit"has been endowed with more times value and spiritual connotation.The"craftsman spirit"of art and design professionals means that they have certain professional ability and professional identity,can use their exquisite design skills to carry out practical operation and innovative research,and embody their professional value orientation and behavior.The practical significance of the training of artistic design professionals in higher vocational colleges based on the"craftsman spirit"is mainly reflected in the support of spiritual motivation,the training of internal conditions,the source of innovative thinking,the foundation of ideological and political education,the professional value orientation and the promotion of ideals and beliefs.In the new era,it is of great significance to cultivate the craftsman spirit of higher vocational art design professionals who pursue excellence,rigor and practicality.
