摘　　要：新型农林人才的培养改革实践背景下,课堂教育创新改革已经成为农林院校教师必须接受的挑战,个性化教学理念在农林院校人才培养中尤为重要,培养出能够服务地方建设,促进农林业发展的地方“特色”人才。优化新农科大学生个性培养课程设置,以健全教学制度与组织体系,逐步完善新农科大学生个性发展创新教学管理模式和个性改革教学评价方式。Under the background of new training and reform,classroom education innovation has become a challenge for teach⁃ers in agriculture and forestry colleges.Personalized teaching concept is particularly important in talent training in agricultural and forestry colleges,and cultivate local"characteristic"talents who can serve local construction and promote the development of agriculture and forestry.Optimize the personality training curriculum of students of USU,in order to improve the teaching system and organizational system,and gradually improve the personality development of students innovative teaching manage⁃ment mode and teaching evaluation mode of personality reform.
