高校法学专业“课程思政”教学改革的路径完善--以财经类本科院校为例

摘　　要：立德树人成效历来是检验高校一切工作的根本标准,法学一流本科专业建设必须大力推进课程思政改革,将社会主义核心价值观渗透于法学知识传授和能力培养之中。当前,财经类本科院校法学专业课程思政教学改革主要存在以下问题:一是课程思政教学体系尚未完善;二是前沿性与特色性课程较少,难以适应新时代对课程思政提出的新要求;三是实践性课程所占比例较低,传统性教学方式不能与课程思政理念契合。财经类院校法学专业的课程思政教学改革,应当从科学设计课程思政教学体系与内容、组织骨干力量深度挖掘专业课程中蕴含的思政元素、重点开发法商融合型或文理交叉型的课程思政内容、加大实践类课程思政的设置比重四个方面入手,全面提高法治人才的培养能力。The effectiveness of strengthening moral education and cultivating people has always been the fun-damental standard for testing all work in colleges and universities.The construction of the first-class undergradu-ate major of law must vigorously promote the reform of curriculum of ideological and political education,and in-filtrate the socialist core values into the teaching of legal knowledge and ability training.Currently,in the curric-ulum of law majors in finance and economics universities,curriculum of ideological and political teaching reform mainly has the follow ing problems.Firstly,curriculum of ideological and political teaching system is not yet pre-fect.Secondly,there are few cutting-edge and characteristic courses,and it is difficult to adapt the new require-ments of curriculum of ideological and political in the new era.Thirdly,the proportion of practical courses is rel-atively low,and traditional teaching methods cannot fit the ideal of curriculum of ideological and political.The reform of curriculum of ideological and political teaching in law majors in financial colleges should be taken in the following aspects.First of all,the curriculum of ideological and political teaching system and content of the course should be designed scientifically.Secondly,we should organize backbone to explore the ideological and political elements contained in professional courses deeply.Thirdly,we can focus on the development of curricu-lum of ideological and political content of fusion of law and business cross-arts and science courses.At last,we should increase the proportion of curriculum of ideological and political settings in practical courses,so as to a-chieve a comprehensive improvement of the ability to cultivate quality legal talents.
