摘  要:高校医学专业学生作为未来的医疗工作者,在掌握基本的医学专业技术的基础上要不断适应新型医疗模式的转化,不断推进新型医疗模式的应用,更重要的是医学生自身还需要具备较高的人文素质修养和较强的职业适应能力。当前,高等医学教育院校通过培养目标的调整和培养方案的修订,强化基本医学知识体系的优化,以提升学生的实践创新能力和岗位胜任能力。但是,却忽视与之伴行的医学生人文素质教育的跟进工作和协同效应。医学类高校人文素质教育普遍存在课程设置不合理和对人文重视程度不足2大问题。本文针对上述问题,从高校和学生自身2个主体分析问题所在和改进方向,同时提出医技和医德应在临床实践中相互糅合的观点,对带教医师职责和实习工作给出建议。并通过对比研究以期为解决新时期医学生人文素质教育所面临的困境提供合理、有效的解决方案。As future medical workers,medical students in colleges and universities must continue to adapt to the transformation of new medical models on the basis of mastering basic medical expertise,and continue to promote the application of new medical models.More importantly,medical students themselves need to have advanced skills which are the humanistic qualities and strong professional adaptability.At present,Institutions of higher medical education strengthen the optimization of basic medical knowledge system through the adjustment of training objectives and the revision of training programs,so as to improve students'practical innovation ability and post competence.However,the follow-up work and synergistic effect of humanistic quality education for medical students accompanying it have been neglected.There are two problems in humanistic quality education of medical colleges and universities:unreasonable curriculum setting and insufficient attention to humanities.This paper summarizes two major problems in the humanistic quality education in medical colleges and universities,namely,unreasonable curriculum setting and insufficient attention to humanities.In view of the above problems,the researchers analyzes the problems and the direction of improvement from the two subjects of universities and students themselves,then puts forward the view that medical technology and medical ethics should be combined in clinical practice,and gives suggestions on the internship and the responsibility of teaching doctors.It provides a solution to the dilemma of humanistic quality education for medical students in the new era.
