摘  要:产业兴旺是乡村振兴的重点,农村成人教育发展是乡村产业振兴不可或缺的力量,农村成人教育发展与乡村产业振兴之间具有典型的双向互动关系。农村成人教育发展与乡村产业振兴在发展目标、功能定位、主体对象等要素上存在协同性、一致性和相容性;农村成人教育发展对乡村产业振兴具有推动、融合、保障的助力作用,乡村产业振兴对农村成人教育发展具有推进、导向、集聚的形塑效应。在此基础上,构建“农村成人教育发展—乡村产业振兴”双链互动模型,双链经过主体、资源、知识、关系四个要素的耦合发展,经历三个阶段的纵向运行,呈现螺旋上升的态势,通过主体内生机制、资源驱动机制、知识引导机制、社会推动机制的作用,最终实现农村成人教育发展与乡村产业振兴的双向互动、协同发展。Industrial prosperity is the focus of rural revitalization,and the development of rural adult education is an indispensable force for rural industrial revitalization.There is a typical two-way interactive relationship between rural adult education development and rural industrial revitalization.The development of rural adult education and the revitalization of rural industries are synergistic,consistent and compatible in terms of development goals,functional positioning,and subject objects;the development of rural adult education promotes,integrates,and guarantees the revitalization of rural industries.Industrial revitalization has a shaping effect of advancing,guiding,and agglomerating the development of rural adult education.On this basis,construct the“rural adult education development-rural industry revitalization”double-chain interaction model.The double-chain has undergone three stages of vertical operation through the coupled development of the four elements of subject,resources,knowledge,and relationships,showing a spiral upward trend.The situation,through the role of the main body's endogenous mechanism,resource-driven mechanism,knowledge guiding mechanism,and social driving mechanism,finally realizes the two-way interaction and coordinated development of the development of rural adult education and the revitalization of rural industries.
