摘　　要：科技进步和闲暇生活是后现代社会的显著标志,也是职业教育的时代背景和深层变革的动力源泉,决定着职业教育的未来走向。科技进步引发传统工作世界的颠覆性变化,直逼职业教育人才培养模式改革;闲暇社会改变了人们对职业教育的狭隘认知,要求职业教育包含更高的目标诉求,亦即聚焦立德树人根本任务,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。马克思主义认为,人的全面发展就是人的自由和解放,共产主义社会就是劳动摆脱谋生压力而成为自觉创造和快乐人生源泉的有序“自由人联合体”。由此,人的自由发展与完全解放是职业教育的内在自觉和根本价值取向。后现代社会促使人的全面发展从教育理想成为现实需求,职业教育应在马克思主义人的全面发展学说和习近平中国特色社会主义思想引领下,培养出有才、有魂、有趣,活出精彩的“完整的人”。Scientific and technological progress and leisure life are not only the remarkable symbols of postmodern society,but also the background of vocational education and the power source of deep reform,which determine the future trend of vocational education.Scientific and technological progress has triggered subversive changes in the traditional working world,which is directly pressing on the reform of talent training mode of vocational education.Leisure society has changed people's narrow cognition of vocational education.Vocational education in leisure society should include higher goal demands,that is,focus on the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people,and cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.Marxism holds the belief that individuals’all-round development is their freedom and liberation,and Communist society is arranged by community of free people in which labor gets rid of the pressure of making a living and becomes the source of conscious creation and happy life.Therefore,people's free development and complete liberation are the internal consciousness and fundamental value orientation of vocational education.Postmodern society has promoted the all-round development of human beings from the educational ideal to the realistic demand.Vocational education should be guided by the Marxist theory of all-round development,and by XI Jin-ping's socialism thoughts with Chinese characteristic to train people with talent,soul,motivation,and better life.
