摘 要:随着传统服装产业转型升级,适应新业态的服装设计与工程专业各层级人才需求更为明晰且具指向性,但现有人才培养与企业需求之间存在较大鸿沟。服装设计与工程专业中高职课程衔接存在缺乏贯通的人才培养目标设定、系统的课程内容设计、多元的课程实施方案、实效的课程评价机制等问题。通过分析可知现代职业教育体系尚未完善、中高职院校合作沟通不畅、关注学习主体意识缺乏、教师培训体系散乱等产生原因,提出构建层次显著连贯一体、以职业能力为核心的中高职衔接课程体系建构策略。With the transformation and upgrading of the traditional clothing industry,the demand for talents at all levels of clothing design and engineering to adapt to the new business model is more clear and directional,but there is a big gap between the existing talent training and the needs of enterprises.There are problems in the course system that connects secondary and higher vocational education of fashion design and engineering,such as lack of thorough personnel training goal setting,systematic course content design,diversified course implementation plans,and effective course evaluation mechanism,due to the imperfect modern vocational education system,unsuccessful cooperation and exchange between secondary and higher vocational schools,lack of awareness of the learning subject,and unorganized teacher training system,etc.On this basis,the paper proposed a strategy to construct a course system connecting secondary and higher vocational education featuring clear hierarchy and coherence with focus on professional capabilities.
