摘　　要：目的探讨超声自动全容积扫查系统(ABVS)在侵袭性纤维瘤病(AF)中的应用价值。方法选取46例经手术证实为AF的患者作为观察对象,术前分别对病灶进行传统手持二维超声检查和ABVS扫查,并将术前诊断与术后病理结果进行对照。结果ABVS对于病变的大小形态、内部回声结构及毗邻周边解剖关系等特征的显示皆优于常规灰阶超声检查。与病理结果比较,ABVS对于AF的诊断准确度(40/46,86.95%)明显高于常规灰阶超声检查(32/46,69.56%)(P=0.043)。结论超声ABVS多平面成像能为诊断AF提供更多依据,为治疗和手术提供更多信息。Objective To explore the application value of automated breast volume scanner(ABVS)in aggressive fibromatosis(AF).Methods 46 patients who were confirmed to be AF by surgery were selected as the research objects.Traditional hand-held ultrasound examination and ABVS scan were performed on the lesions before operation,and the diagnosis was compared with the postoperative pathological results.Results ABVS was superior to conventional gray-scale ultrasound in displaying the internal echo structure,size,shape and adjacent anatomical relationship of the lesion.Compared with the pathological results,the diagnostic accuracy of ABVS for AF(40/46,86.95%)was significantly higher than that of conventional gray-scale ultrasound(32/46,69.56%)(P=0.043).Conclusion ABVS multiplanar imaging can provide more basis for diagnosis of AF,and offer more information for treatment and surgery.
