摘　　要：随着我国经济快速发展和社会用人需求的不断变化,学历再提升正逐渐成为越来越多高职高专学生的重要选择。在我国经济结构转型和产业不断升级发展的背景下,社会对经济管理质量要求的提升,企业也对会计从业人员提出了更高的要求。此时,高职院校转变教学理念,提升教学质量,探索学生学历提升途径对促进高职院校的健康良性发展与学生就业意义十分重大。With the rapid development of our country’s economy and the continuous changes in social employment need,further upgrading of academic qualifications is gradually becoming an important choice for more and more college students.In the context of the transformation of our country’s economic structure and the continuous upgrading and development of industries,the society has improved the quality of economic management,and the enterprises have also put forward higher requirements for accounting practitioners.At this time,in order to promote a healthy development of higher vocational colleges and student employment,it is important for vocational colleges to transform teaching concepts,improve teaching quality and explore ways of upgrading academic qualifications.
