摘　　要：经济全球化与文化多元化时代的发展要求具有跨文化交际能力的人才,培养学生的跨文化交际能力成了大学英语教学的主要目标之一。本文在分析目前大学英语跨文化实践教学存在的问题的基础上,试图从课程设置、教学模式、师资培养、教材建设、评价体系等方面构建大学英语跨文化实践教学体系,旨在为大学英语跨文化能力培养提供启示,实现跨国跨文化人才培养目标。With the development of economic globalization and multiculturalism, there is a high demand for the talents with intercultural communicative competence and the cultivation of intercultural communicative competence should be one of the main objectives of college English teaching. This paper makes an analysis on the problems in current college English intercultural practice teaching and attempts to construct an intercultural practice teaching system from the perspective of curriculum setting, teaching mode, teacher training, textbook publication, and evaluation system. It is aimed to provide some insights for the development of college English intercultural competence, so as to cultivate international talents with better intercultural communication competence.
