基于QFD的应用型本科高校电子商务课程教学设计研究

摘　　要：通过访谈与问卷调查的形式获取顾客需求,运用质量功能展开(QFD)原理,构建应用型本科高校电子商务课程教学的QFD模型,建立“顾客需求-教学质量规划”“教学质量规划-教学质量设计”“教学质量设计-教学质量配置”以及“教学质量配置-教学质量控制”质量屋。通过将顾客需求逐级转化为教学质量控制措施,形成电子商务教学的完善体系,以实现满足顾客需求、提升应用型本科高校电子商务课程教学水平的目的。In light of a series of problems such as outdated teaching materials and the lack of practical teaching in the teaching of e-commerce courses in universities,this paper obtains customer needs through interviews and questionnaires and applies the Quality Function Deployment(QFD)principles to construct the QFD model of the teaching of e-commerce courses in application-oriented universities.It has established quality houses including“customer demand-teaching quality planning”,“teaching quality planning-teaching quality design”,“teaching quality design-teaching quality allocation”,“teaching quality allocation-teaching quality control”.By transforming customer requirements into teaching quality control measures,a perfect system of e-commerce teaching is formed to meet the needs of customers and improve the teaching level of e-commerce courses in application-oriented universities.
