摘  要:培养什么样的人是教育的根本问题。回溯中国共产党建党一百年来的育人观演变,对于新时代中国特色社会主义事业的长远和持续发展具有重要意义。百年来,中国共产党的育人观演进主要经历了四个阶段:新民主主义革命时期,培养革命斗争所需人才;社会主义建设初期,培养有社会主义觉悟的有文化的劳动者;改革开放和社会主义现代化建设时期,培养社会主义现代化建设所需的“四有”新人;21世纪以来,培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。中国共产党育人观的百年演进彰显了其育人观的主要特征,即坚持“为党育人、为国育才”的初心,培养社会主义建设者和接班人;坚持为人民谋教育福利的初心,培养服务人民之人;坚持立德树人的初心,培养德才兼备之人;坚持马克思主义指导的初心,培养全面发展之人。百年育人观演进的逻辑在于:“人民至上”的价值论、“与时俱进”的方法论和“扎根实践”的认识论。新时代中国共产党领导的中国教育事业体现了对百年育人初心的坚守和创新。What kind of people to cultivate is the fundamental issue of education.It is of fundamental significance for the long-term and sustainable development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era to retrospect the evolution of the concept of education since the founding of the Communist Party of China.In the past 100 years,the evolution of the CPC’s concept of education has mainly experienced four stages:during the period of the new democratic revolution,we cultivated the talents needed for the revolutionary struggle;in the early stage of socialist construction,we cultivate educated workers with socialist consciousness;in the period of reform and opening up and socialist modernization,we cultivate new people with“Four Haves”needed by socialist modernization;since the beginning of the 21st century,we cultivate new people who can take on the responsibility of national rejuvenation.The centennial evolution of the CPC’s concept of education highlights its main characteristics,that is,adhering to the original intention of“educating people for the party and cultivating talents for the country”and cultivating socialist builders and successors,adhering to the original intention of seeking educational welfare for the people and cultivating people who serve the people,adhering to the original intention of moral education and cultivating people with both ability and political integrity,and adhering to the original intention of Marxist guidance and cultivating people with all-round development.The logic of the evolution of the centennial concept of education lies in the axiology of“people first”,the methodology of“keeping pace with the times”and the epistemology of“taking root in practice”.In the new era,the education of China under the leadership of the CPC embodies the persistence and innovation to the original intention of cultivating people in the past century.
