摘 要:目的探讨雨课堂联合多媒体案例教学方法在泌尿外科中西医结合临床实践教学中的应用。方法选取2018年7月—2019年7月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院泌尿外科实习的94名中西医结合临床专业学生,随机分为观察和对照组,每组47名。观察组采用雨课堂联合多媒体案例教学方法,对照组采用传统教学模式。比较2组学生的学习效果、学习成绩、对教学的满意度及核心综合能力评分。结果观察组学生的学习兴趣、学习主动性、思维能力、学习效率评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生理论成绩和实践成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组学生对教学的总满意率为97.87%(46/47),高于对照组的82.98%(39/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生的核心综合能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雨课堂联合多媒体案例教学应用于中西医结合泌尿外科临床教学,不仅可以提升学生学习的积极性,提高学生的学习效果及教学满意度,还有助于提高学生的理论水平和实践能力,具有较高的教学推广价值。Objective To explore the application of“rain classroom”combined with multimedia case teaching method in clinical teaching of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for urology.Methods 94 internships of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the urology department of Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from July 2018 to July 2019 were divided into observation and control groups,47 cases were in each group,the observation group was given“rain classroom”combined with multimedia case teaching method while the control group was used the traditional teaching model.The differences between the learning effects,learning achievements,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of learning interest,learning initiative,thinking ability and learning efficiency of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical and practical scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.87%(46/47),which was higher than that of the control group(82.98%,39/47),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The core comprehensive ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion“Rain classroom”combined with multimedia case teaching method applied to integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for urology,not only can improve learning enthusiasm,learning effect and teaching satisfaction,but also help to improve theoretical level and practical ability high teaching promotion value.
