摘 要:“礼者理也”“缘情制礼”,此二者是朱熹礼学的两个主要命题。“礼者理也”是强调其无形迹,因而礼等同于形上之理,实为一整体而不可改易;缘情制礼、随时裁损则基于古今人情有异,要求礼适时加以改易。如此两者产生逻辑冲突,矛盾难以弥合。朱熹以理一分殊的理论来化解这对矛盾,将礼区分为礼义与礼节两个层次,礼义即理,是不可改易的;礼节即天理之节文,是可以缘情、适时改易的。朱熹强调通过穷格工夫,自觉地践履礼仪,以此体认天理(礼义),从而使自己趋向于良善。"Ritual is principle"and"ritual is based on emotion"were the two main propositions of Zhu Xi′s ritual theory."Ritual is principle"emphasized that ritual was invisible,which was equivalent to metaphysical principle,and existed as a whole and could not be changed."Ritual is based on emotion"meant that ritual could be changed according to the times and people′s emotions.These two propositions showed logical conflict and their contradictions couldn′t be bridged.Zhu Xi resolved this by the theory"the same principle shares different manifestations".He divided"ritual"into two levels as principle of ritual and etiquette.The former could not be changed while the latter could be changed by times and people′s emotions.Zhu Xi emphasized that through the effort of exploring something,people practiced etiquette consciously,so they may realize the principle(principle of ritual)and tend to be good.
