摘　　要：加强农村生源学生职业核心能力培养,实现更好的就业是农村地区家庭奔小康的重要手段。为探究高等职业院校农村生源职业核心能力培养路径,从目前高等职业院校职业核心能力现状与问题分析,提出学校完善学生能力培养体系,满足社会需求,引导学生提高职业核心能力的积极性等路径。To strengthen the cultivation of rural students’professional core competence and help them get better employment is an important way for rural families to live a moderately prosperous life.In order to explore the cultivating path of rural students’professional core competence in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems existed in students’training and puts forward methods to improve students’competence training system,which helps colleges to meet social needs for talents and enhance students’enthusiasm for improving their professional core competence.
