摘 要:实验技术队伍是高校人才培养和科技创新的一支重要力量,提高实验技术队伍岗位胜任力,是顺应“双一流”建设、落实“立德树人”根本任务和促进高校协调发展的时代要求。针对目前实验技术队伍发展规划不到位、职责定位不科学、体制机制不健全、职业发展动力不足等制约岗位胜任力提升的短板问题,通过加强顶层设计、明确职责任务、理顺分类职务评聘标准、强化职业发展培养培训、建立考核激励政策等,建立起一支与学校发展规模、层次和目标相匹配的实验技术队伍,在教学科研中发挥了重要的作用。Experimental technical team is an important force of talent cultivation and scientific and technological innovation in universities.The continuous improvement of the post competency of the experimental technical team aims to comply with the requirements of the construction of“double first-class”,the implementation of the fundamental task of“moral education”and the promotion of the coordinated development of colleges and universities.In view of the shortcomings of restricting the promotion of post competency,such as inadequate development planning for the experimental technical team,unscientific responsibility positioning,imperfect system and mechanism and insufficient motivation for career development,several measurements are presented.Firstly,it is necessary to strengthen the top-level design and clarify the responsibilities and tasks.Secondly,it is important to rationalize the evaluation and employment standards and enforce the training of career development.Thirdly,it is essential to establish the assessment and incentive policies.Hence,an experimental technical team that matches the scale,level and goals of the universities’development will be set up and it will play an important role in teaching and research.
