摘　　要：日本高等职业教育经历了长期的改革与实践,在适应社会经济发展变革的进程中,逐渐形成了办学定位精准、层次结构合理、纵横交错贯通的职业教育体系。日本高等职业学校协调发展、有效衔接的经验,对于我国构建完善的职业教育体系具有一定的借鉴意义。Japan's higher vocational education has experienced long⁃term reform and practice.In the process of adapting to the changes of social and economic development,a crisscrossvocational education system has been gradually formed with accurate school positioning,reasonable hierarchical structure.The experience of coordinated development and effective connection of Japanese higher vocational schools has certain referential significance for the construction of a perfect vocational education system in China.
