摘　　要：目的分析术中面神经监测技术对听神经瘤患者手术预后的影响。方法随机选取本院2018年2月—2019年4月收治的92例听神经瘤手术患者进行此次研究,按照随机抽签法均分两组,各46例,参照组接受常规手术治疗,术中不使用面神经监测技术,研究组术中使用面神经监测技术,比较两组患者手术后的面神经功能情况。结果研究组患者面神经功能保留率明显高于参照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在进行听神经瘤患者手术治疗的过程中使用面神经监测技术对其面神经功能进行检测记录,不仅能够保证肿瘤的完全切除,而且能够更好地对面神经进行保护,尽量避免损害面神经,有利于促进患者各项功能的恢复,提高治疗效果。Objective To analyze the influence of intraoperative facial nerve monitoring on the prognosis of patients with acoustic neuroma.Methods From February 2018 to April 2019,92 cases of acoustic neuroma patients treated in our hospital were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the random lottery method,46 cases in each group.Among them,the control group received routine surgical treatment without facial nerve monitoring technology,and the study group used facial nerve monitoring technology.The facial nerve function after surgery was compared between the two groups.Results The retention rate of facial nerve function in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of surgical treatment of patients with acoustic neuroma,the use of facial nerve monitoring technology to detect and record the facial nerve function can not only ensure the complete resection rate of the tumor,but also can better protect the facial nerve,avoid damaging the facial nerve as far as possible,which is conducive to promote the recovery of various functions of patients,improve the treatment effect.
