摘 要:地铁盾构隧道管片拼装方式对结构内力的影响一直引人关注,在富水性强、结构松散、不稳定的砾质砂层中,由于拼装方式的不同会引起管片结构的变形与内力变化。鉴于此,以某地铁区间隧道为工程背景,对管片在通缝与错缝拼装条件下结构内力分布及竖向位移的变化开展有限元模型计算的对比研究,并提出了管片封顶块位的优化措施。研究结果表明:在砾砂层中,错缝拼装竖向位移小于通缝拼装,内力大于通缝拼装,主要原因是错缝使管片的整体刚度得到了提高,在设计时应优先选用错缝拼装,且当封顶块位于拱腰时,管片的力学性能最好。该研究结果可为类似地层的地铁盾构隧道的设计、施工和相关研究提供参考。The influence of the assembling method of subway shield tunnel segments on the internal force of the structure has been attracting attention.In the gravel sand stratum with strong water content,loose structure and unstable structure,the different assembling method will cause the deformation and internal force change of the segment structure.In view of this,in this paper a subway tunnel interval is taken as the engineering background,a comparisons and studies are carried out through finite element model calculations on the changes of internal force distribution and vertical displacement of the structure under the conditions of joint and staggered joint assembly,and the optimization measures for the joint assembly of the pipe are put forward.The results show that the vertical displacement of staggered joint assembly is less than that of through joint assembly,and the internal force is greater than that of through joint assembly.The main reason is that staggered joint assembly improves the overall stiffness of the pipe,so staggered joint assembly should be preferred in design,and the mechanical performance of the pipe is the best when the top sealing block is located in the arch waist.The results of this study can provide important reference for the design,construction and related research of subway shield tunnel in similar stratum.
