摘 要:目的研制一种实验鼠无创可穿戴生理信号监测系统,实现在生物医学和药学研究中,连续无创地监测实验鼠的生理信号。方法系统由可穿戴终端、生理信号接收主机和监控软件组成。可穿戴终端采用无线微控制器CC2640R2F实现实验鼠心电图(ECG)、体温(BT)和运动量(AL)的采集与无线传输;生理信号接收主机通过低功耗蓝牙技术,接收可穿戴终端采集的生理信号,并将信号传输给上位机;上位机监控软件对生理信号进行实时滤波,并从ECG中提取出心率(HR)和RR间期(RRI)。结果可穿戴终端尺寸为37 mm×28 mm×5 mm,重量为6.8 g。选取1只雌性SD大鼠开展活体实验,实验结果表明,本系统采集的ECG波形与标准心电仪Bio-RadioREFBR-500采集的波形一致;采集的大鼠HR为(429±22)beats/min,均值标准误差(SEM)为±1.11 beats/min,而Bio-Radio采集的HR为(438±24)beats/min,SEM为±1.14 beats/min。本系统采集的大鼠BT为(36.98±0.20)℃C,SEM为±0.03℃,而医用红外体温计AET-R1F1采集的BT为(36.95±0.23)℃,SEM为±0.04℃。本系统可采集大鼠在静息和运动时的AL。结论本系统可无创、准确、实时地监测自主活动大鼠的BT、ECG、AL、RRI和HR等生理指标。Objective To monitor the physiological signals of laboratory rats continuously and noninva-sively in biomedical and pharmaceutical researches,a noninvasive physiological signal monitoring sys-tem for laboratory rats was developed.Methods The system consisted of a wearable terminal,a physi-ological signal receiving master and a monitoring software.The wireless microcontroller CC2640R2F was adopted in the wearable terminal to realize the acquisition and wireless transmission of electrocar-diogram(ECG),body temperature(BT)and activity levels(AL)of laboratory rats.The physiologi-cal signals collected by the wearable terminal through low energy Bluetooth technology were received by the physiological signal receiving master,and transmited to the upper computer.Then the physio-logical signals were filtered by the monitoring software of upper computer in real time,and the heart rate(HR)and RR interval(RRI)were extracted from ECG.Results The size of wearable terminal was 37 mm×28 mm×5 mm,and the weight was 6.8 g.A female SD rat was selected for in vivo ex-periment.The experiment results showed that the ECG waveforms collected by this system were con-sistent with those collected by the Bio-Radio REF BR 500.The HR of rat collected by this system was(429±22)beats/min,and the standard error of the mean(SEM)was±1.11 beats/min,while the HR collected by Bio-Radio was(438±24)beats/min,and the SEM was±1.14 beats/min.The BT of rat collected by this system was(36.98±0.20)℃,and the SEM was±0.03 C,while the BT collect-ed by the medical infrared thermometer AET-R1F1 was(36.95±0.23)℃,and the SEM was±0.04℃.This system could collect AL of rats at rest and during activity.Conclusion This system can monitor the BT,ECG,AL,RRI,and HR of freely moving rats noninvasively,accurately and in real time.
