摘  要:在低温状态下的含蜡原油由于蜡晶析出而形成凝胶体系,原油具有触变特性。含蜡原油管道输送时,由于设备检修或者意外事故等需要停输再启动,触变特性是此过程数值模拟计算的基础参数。该文应用人工神经网络理论中的径向基(Radial basis function,RBF)三层网络模型,通过MATLAB软件编程计算每层结点对应的权重系数值,线性加权得到最终的输出值。输入部分实验数据对输出值进行修正与泛化,得到最优输出值则是预测的含蜡原油触变性曲线。以平均绝对偏差评价剪切速率加载条件下不同温度的剪切应力变化曲线。结果表明,仅需少量的实验数据训练网络结构,径向基网络模型即可准确预测含蜡原油的触变特性曲线。Due to the wax crystals precipitated,a gelled system is formed in the constructure of crude oil under the lower temperature.The waxy crude oil in this state has thixotropic properties.In the process of the transportation,the thixotropic characteristic is the basic parameter of the numerical simulation calculation of this process because the equipment maintenance or accidents need to be restarted.This paper uses the radial basis function(RBF)three-layer network model,which is one of the artificial neural network models.The weight coefficient value corresponding to each layer node is calculated by MATLAB software.The final output value is obtained by a linear weighting.Some experimental data are input to modify and generalize the output value,and the optimal output value is the predicted waxy crude thixotropy curve.The average absolute deviation is used to evaluate the varying curves of shear stress at various temperatures under the loading condition of shear rate.The results show that only a small amount of experimental data are needed to train the network structure,and the radial basis network model can accurately predict the thixotropy curve of waxy crude oil.
