摘 要:企业的创新文化也并非自然而然的形成,仅仅提出创新的价值观念显然不够,还需要制定并完善各种规章制度,鼓励和保护员工的创新热情,对创新行为进行奖励等,才能使创新成为员工的自觉行为。本文在学习创新知识基础课程的基础上,应用相关理论,结合自己的工作实际,通过对企业创新文化的理解尝试着做了一点思考,分析了企业创新文化建设的重要性,并就采取何种措施进行企业的创新文化建设进行了一定的阐述。The innovation culture ot'enterprises is not formed naturally.It is not enough to just put forward the values of innovation.It is also necessary to formulate and improve various rules and regulations,encourage and protect employees'enthusiasm for innovation,and reward innovative behaviors,so as to make innovation become the conscious behavior of employees.On the basis of learning the basic course of innovation knowledge,this paper tries to do some thinking through the understanding of enterprise innovation culture,analyzes the importance of enterprise innovation culture construction,and expounds the measures taken to carry out the construction of enterprise innovation culture.
