摘  要:试验研究不同水平酿酒酵母和纤维素酶复合物对荷斯坦奶公牛日增重、营养物质表观消化率以及经济效益的影响。试验选择45头健康、遗传差异不大、体重(510±20)kg的荷斯坦奶公牛,随机分为3组,每组15个重复,每个重复1头牛。对照组试验牛饲喂基础日粮,试验1组和试验2组分别在基础日粮中添加0.05%和0.10%的酿酒酵母菌和纤维素酶复合物。试验期33 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验2组奶公牛的平均日增重显著提高26.23%(P<0.05),总增重显著提高25.64%(P<0.05),料重比显著降低19.87%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验2组奶公牛的干物质、粗蛋白、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维营养表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05)。试验2组的每头牛每天纯利润比对照组增加约7.0元,3个月的育肥期每头牛纯利润比对照组增加约630元。研究表明,添加酿酒酵母和纤维素酶复合物可以提高荷斯坦奶公牛的平均日增重和营养物质表观消化率,缩短育肥期,提高经济效益,最适添加量为0.10%。The experiment studied the effect of different levels of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and cellulase complex on daily gain,nutrient apparent digestibility and economic benefits of Holstein dairy bulls.In the experiment,45 healthy Holstein dairy bulls with little genetic difference,weighing(510±20)kg were randomly divided into three groups,with 15 replicates in each group and 1 cattle in each replicate.The dairy bulls in control group were fed with basal diet,and the dairy bulls in experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 were fed with basal diet with 0.05%and 0.10%Saccharomyces cerevisiae and cellulase complex.The trial period was 33 d.The results showed that compared with control group,the average daily gain of experimental group 2 was significantly increased by 26.23%(P<0.05),the total body weight gain was significantly increased by 25.64%(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to gain was significantly decreased by 19.87%(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the nutrient apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber in experimental group 2 were significantly increased(P<0.05).The net profit of each cow per day in experimental group 2 was 7.00 yuan more than that in control group,and the net profit of each cow in the 3-month fattening period was 630 yuan more than that in control group.The experiment indicates that adding Saccharomyces cerevisiae and cellulase complex in the diet can increase the average daily gain,improve the apparent digestibility of feed nutrients,shorten the fattening period,and improve the economic benefits of black and white dairy bulls.The optimum addition amount is 0.10%.
