摘　　要：党的全面领导是具体的而不是抽象的,是与具体行业和业务工作的特定规律相结合的。审视近年来高职院校党的领导弱化的种种表现,党委全面领导意识不强、路径不明、策略缺乏的问题值得高度重视。学校党委应该总揽全局、协调各方,发挥领导核心作用,切实把党委全面领导落实到管党治党、办学治校的具体实践中,研究解决好办学中的重大现实问题,为学校高质量发展提供坚强政治保证。The overall leadership of the Party is specific rather than abstract,and is combined with specific laws of specific industries and business work.Examining the various manifestations of the weakening of the Party's leadership in higher vocational colleges in recent years,the problems of weak overall leadership consciousness,unclear path and lack of strategy of the Party committee deserves great attention.The Party committee of the college should take charge of the overall situation,coordinate all parties,play a central role in leadership,earnestly implement the overall leadership of the Party committee into the specific practice of Party and college management,study and solve major practical problems in running schools,and provide a strong political guarantee for the high-quality development of the college.
