摘  要:以“小米荞×晋荞麦2号”重组自交系(RILs)群体为研究对象,考察了各株系的产量和淀粉组分含量的遗传变异和相关性。结果表明,RILs群体淀粉组分含量和产量均存在明显的双向超亲分离现象,变异系数为支链淀粉含量(31.92%)>产量(27.04%)>直链淀粉含量(26.42%)>总淀粉含量(13.00%)。产量与直链淀粉含量呈显著正相关,与总淀粉和支链淀粉含量不相关。支链淀粉含量与总淀粉含量呈显著正相关,与直链淀粉含量呈极显著负相关。基于聚类分析筛选出了产量和淀粉组分含量的极端和优异株系,为苦荞产量和淀粉组分含量变异机理的研究和不同加工用途苦荞品种的选育提供了基础材料。The genetic variation and correlation of starch components content and yield were analyzed in the recombinant inbred lines(RILs)population derived from“Xiaomiqiao×Jinqiaomai 2”.The results showed that the transgressive segregation for starch components content and yield was observed in the RILs population,and the coefficient of variation was shown as follows:amylopectin content(31.92%)>yield(27.04%)>amylose content(26.42%)>total starch content(13.00%).The yield was significantly positively correlated with amylose content,and not correlated with total and amylopectin content.Amylopectin content was significantly positively correlated with total starch content,and significantly negatively with amylose content.The extreme and excellent lines of starch components content and yield were screened by cluster analysis,which could be used as good materials for the study of variation mechanism of starch component content and yield and breeding varieties for different processing purposes in Tartary buckwheat.
