摘  要:目的探讨军队卫勤文职人员认知情绪调节现状及其影响因素,为采取积极的情绪调节策略提供依据。方法选用一般情况调查表、自我认同感量表(self-identity scale, SIS)、社会支持量表(social support rating scale, SSRS)和认知情绪调节量表(cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire, CERQ),对某军医大学参加全军新入职卫勤文职人员培训的450名学员进行问卷调查。结果 (1)军队卫勤文职人员采用的九种认知情绪调节方式,由多至少依次为:积极重新评价、重新关注计划、接受、积极重新关注、自我责难、沉思、理性分析、责怪他人、灾难化。(2)不同睡眠状况、健康状况、是否适应部队、是否热爱目前工作岗位的军队卫勤文职人员认知情绪调节得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)积极认知情绪调节与社会支持、自我认同感呈显著正相关(P<0.01),消极认知情绪调节与社会支持、自我认同感呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。(4)社会支持、自我认同感、睡眠状况对积极情绪调节均有正向预测作用,客观支持对积极情绪调节有负向预测作用,有效解释10.8%;自我认同感和对支持的利用度对消极情绪调节有负向预测作用,有效解释23.6%。结论军队卫勤文职人员认知情绪调节以积极情绪调节模式为主,要从加强自我认同感和社会支持主客观两方面,引导军队卫勤文职人员采纳更多的积极认知情绪调节策略,减少消极认知情绪调节策略。Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors of cognitive emotion regulation in military civilian staff, and to provide basis for adopting positive emotion regulation strategies.Methods The general situation questionnaire, self-identity scale(SIS), social support rating scale(SSRS) and cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire(CERQ) were used to investigate 450 cadets in a military medical university who participated in the training of new civil servants.Results(1) The nine cognitive emotional regulation methods used by military medical civilian staff were positive reappraisal, refocus on plan, acceptance, positive refocus, self-blame, contemplation, rational analysis, blame others and catastrophizing.(2) There were significant differences in the scores of cognitive emotion regulation among the military civilian staff with different sleep status, health status, adaptability to the army and love for the current job(P<0.05).(3) Positive cognitive emotion regulation was positively correlated with social support and self-identity(P<0.01), while the negative cognitive emotion regulation was negatively correlated with social support and self-identity(P<0.01).(4) Social support, self-identity and sleep status were positively predicted to the positive emotion regulation, while objective support were negatively predicted to the positive emotion regulation, the effectively explaining was 10.8%. Self-identity and utilization of support were negatively predicted to the negative emotion regulation, the effectively explaining was 23.6%.Conclusion The main mode of cognitive emotion regulation of military civilian staff is positive emotion regulation.It is necessary to guide military civilian staffl to adopt more positive cognitive emotion regulation strategies and reduce negative cognitive emotion regulation strategies by strengthening self-identity and social support.
