摘　　要：对领导者而言,管理效益与管理风险在管理活动中相伴而生。兼容管理效益要从思想上正确认识,客观、准确、系统地认识管理对象,在时间上把握管理方法,在空间上把握管理策略,善于化繁为简集中管理。降低管理风险,要严格把控管理程序,根据典章制度开展管理活动,拓宽管理思路,开展人本管理,听取上级意见,接纳管理专家建议。For leaders,management benefits are always accompanied by the risks in management activities.Compatibility mode of management benefits should be understood correctly,objectively,accurately in ideology and systematically.They need to understand the management object,grasp the management method in terms of time,grasp the management strategy in terms of space,and be good at simplifying the complex process and centralizing management.To reduce the risk of management,we should control the management procedures strictly,carry out management activities according to the regulations,broaden the management ways,carry out people-oriented management,listen to the opinions of superiors and absorb the suggestions from management experts.
