摘　　要：本文在课程思政背景下,探讨高校师范教育的基本问题,具体涉及到“为什么要培养小学英语教师立德树人的根本理念?如何去培养?”等问题及培养路径。发挥课堂教学“主渠道”,构建协同育人新格局,不断优化小学英语师资培养模式,牢记小学英语教学的最初使命,服务好初等教育教学。Under the ideological and political background,this article is to discuss some fundamental problems of normal university education,such as“why should we train primary school English teachers to set up the basic idea of moral education?”and“how to train them?”.Some suggestions have been put forward such as“paying more attention to classroom teaching”“constructing a new pattern of cooperative education”so that the cultivating mode of primary English teachers can be perfected and play a good part in in primary education.
