摘  要:中职学校作为我国技术型应用人才的重要培养基地,怎样将工匠精神与中职德育教育实现有效融合,培养高素质人才是目前中职学校办学的重要课题之一。基于此,中职学校需严格遵循德育教学规律,在中职德育教育课程内容开发及应用型人才的培养过程中实现工匠精神的有效融合,是保证中职学生综合素质提升的重要途径。Secondary vocational schools is an important training base for technical application talents in China.How to effectively integrate the spirit of craftsmanship with secondary vocational moral education and cultivate high-quality talents is one of the important topics in the management of secondary vocational schools.Based on this,secondary vocational schools need to strictly follow the law of moral education,and the effective integration of craftsmanship in the development of secondary vocational moral education curriculum content and the training of applied talents is an important way to ensure the improvement of the comprehensive quality of secondary vocational students.
