摘  要:针对电动汽车的动力输出装置电机内部在用传统滑模观测器估计转子位置和转速时存在的抖动问题,分析研究了一种新型的滑模趋近律,并提出一种基于分段幂次趋近律滑模观测器的永磁同步电动机无速度传感器控制方法。通过扩展滑模电流观测器方程,将滑模观测器与新型分段幂次趋近律相结合,为转子转速和位置的估计提供了新的思路。同时,建立了基于该方法的无速度传感器矢量控制系统。仿真结果分析验证了该方法的可行性,该观测器不仅能很好地跟踪转子的实际位置,还能有效地抑制系统的抖振,更加精确地估计出转速。Since chattering occurs to the motor of the power take-off device of the electric vehicle when the traditional sliding mode observer is used to estimate position and speed of the rotor,a new sliding mode reaching law is analyzed and a permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) speed sensorless control method based on the piecewise power reaching law sliding mode observer is proposed. By extending the sliding mode current observer equation,the sliding mode observer is combined with the new piecewise power reaching law,which provides a new idea for estimating the rotor speed and position. A speed sensorless vector control system based on this method is established. Simulation experiment was performed. The result analysis has verified the feasibility of the method. The observer can not only track the actual position of the rotor well,but also effectively reduce the chattering of the system and estimate the rotating speed more accurately.
