摘 要:地方高校园林专业创新人才培养应以服务地方为主,充分利用区位优势和特色,培养学生创新能力,提高学生综合素质。嘉应学院园林专业首先在办学定位与专业建设上形成了自己的办学特色,根据粤东北客家地区、珠三角地区对园林专业人才的需求和学校自身的平台条件,办学定位于培养开拓应用型高素质人才,专业建设紧密结合地域文化特征。其次,在学科和师资队伍建设方面形成自身的办学特色,以市场为导向调整课程内容,建设学科体系;重视实践环节,强调理论与实践结合,注重提高学生的动手能力;以质量工程和科研项目为抓手,促进教学质量和科研水平的提升;建立结构合理,实践经验丰富的高素质双师型师资队伍。第三,在理论与实际相结合方面形成自己的办学特色。只有坚持以创新彰显特色、以特色提高质量、以特色谋发展、以特色促进创新的办学思路,才能更好地保持和发展专业特色,培养出地方需要的高级应用型人才。The cultivation of innovative talents of garden major in local universities should focus on serving local areas,make full use of regional advantages and characteristics,cultivate students'innovative ability and improve their comprehensive quality.The garden major of Jiaying University first forms its own characteristics in school running orientation and specialty construction.According to the demands of Hakka region and Pearl River Delta region for garden talents and its own conditions,it forms the school running orientation of cultivating pioneering and applied highquality talents,and carries out specialty construction in combination with regional culture and characteristics.Secondly,in terms of curriculum construction and teaching staff construction,it has formed its own school running characteristics.It has taken the market as the guide,adjusted the curriculum content and carried out the construction of curriculum system;paid attention to the practice link to improve the students'practical ability;taken the quality engineering project as the starting point to promote the improvement of teaching quality;established a high-quality double qualified teaching staff with reasonable structure and strong practical experience.Third,it has formed its own school running characteristics in the combination of theory and practice.Only by adhering to the school running idea of highlighting characteristics with innovation,improving quality with characteristics,seeking development with characteristics and promoting innovation with characteristics,it can well maintain and develop professional characteristics and cultivate high-level applied talents to local needs.
