摘  要:针对立式饮水机水桶更换困难的问题,提出了一种饮水机水桶自动换取机械手的结构设计方案。设计中包含主执行端、旋转机构、平移升降机构、副执行端四部分。利用真空吸盘、舵机爪等零部件的配合实现水桶的抓取。设计方案实现了饮水机水桶的自动换取,有效解决饮水机水桶换取困难的问题,减轻了用户的换水负担,在家庭及办公室等公共场所有一定的使用价值。In view of the difficulty in replacing the buckets of vertical water dispenser,a structural design scheme of automatic mechanical gripper for the replacement of buckets is put forward in this paper.The design includes four parts:the main grabbing end,rotating mechanism,translation and lifting mechanism and auxiliary grabbing end.With the cooperation of vacuum sucker,steering gear claw and other parts,the bucket can be grasped.The design scheme realizes automatic exchange of water dispenser buckets,which effectively solves the problem of difficult exchange of water dispenser buckets and reduces the water exchange burden of users.It has certain use value in public places such as home and office.
