改进玉米淀粉糖生产工艺的策略探析

摘　　要：淀粉糖作为一种重要的绿色基础性原料,其除了可以直接使用外,还可以通过进一步深加工转化为变性淀粉、糖醇、氨基酸、有机酸、抗生素等原料,参与到食品、医药、化工、材料等行业领域的产品生产中。虽然在长期的生产过程中,生产主体形成了较为完善的玉米淀粉糖生产工艺,保证了淀粉糖的持续性生产,但是,随着淀粉糖需求量的持续增加,以及对淀粉糖品质要求的提高,原有的玉米淀粉糖生产工艺逐渐暴露出了一系列的问题和不足。基于长远发展的需要,有必要对玉米淀粉糖生产工艺进行改进,提高生产效率和质量。本文在概括介绍现有的玉米淀粉糖生产工艺的基础上,就此工艺在实际应用中存在的不足,以及相应的优化改进方法提出相关建议,以丰富玉米淀粉糖生产工艺。Starch sugar,as an important green basic raw material,can not only be used directly,but also can be converted into modified starch,sugar alcohol,amino acid,organic acid,antibiotics and other raw materials through further deep processing,and participates in food,medicine,and chemical industry.Materials and other industries in the production of products.Although in the long-term production process,the main body of the production has formed a relatively complete corn starch sugar production process to ensure the continuous production of starch sugars,but with the continuous increase in the demand for starch sugars and the improvement of the quality requirements for starch sugars,The original corn starch sugar production process gradually exposed a series of problems and deficiencies.Based on the needs of long-term development,it is necessary to improve the corn starch sugar production process to improve production efficiency and quality.Based on a general introduction of the existing corn starch sugar production process,this article puts forward relevant suggestions on the shortcomings of this process in practical application and corresponding optimization and improvement methods to enrich the corn starch sugar production process.
