摘 要:以红枣为原料,以氯化胆碱与尿素构建的低共熔溶剂(deep eutectic solvent,DES)体系为提取剂,采用超声波辅助技术,从中提取具有生物活性的黄酮类物质。通过单因素试验和响应面优化试验,确定提取红枣中黄酮的最佳条件:氯化胆碱与尿素以摩尔比2∶1构建DES体系,加水量45%,红枣与DES的料液比为1∶40(g/mL),在70℃下超声辅助提取44 min,此时黄酮得率达5.79 mg/g。红枣黄酮粗提液具有较高还原力,且随浓度增加而增大。A deep eutectic solvent(DES)system composed of choline chloride and urea was used for the extraction of bioactive flavonoids from jujube.Ultrasonic-assisted technology was used to aid in the extraction process.Using a single-factor experiment and response surface optimization experimental design,the following optimal conditions for extracting flavonoids from jujube were identified:a choline chloride and urea DES system with a molar ratio of 2∶1,adding water to 45%,adding jujube with a DES to solid(liquid/solid)ratio of 1∶40(g/mL),ultrasonic-assisted extraction for 44 min under 70℃.These conditions produced flavonoid yields of up to 5.79 mg/g.The crude extract of jujube flavonoids had higher reducing power that increased with increasing concentration.
