口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙的效果及对患者咀嚼功能的影响

摘　　要：目的评价先天性缺牙患者采用口腔修复治疗对于患者咀嚼功能的影响。方法选择我院2018年3月至2019年3月收治的78例先天性缺牙患者,使用奇偶法进行分组,每组39例,对照组患者接受常规正畸治疗,观察组患者接受口腔修复治疗,对比两组的疗效。结果观察组咀嚼功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的语言功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论先天性缺牙患者采用口腔修复治疗的效果确切,可更好的改善患者的咀嚼功能和语言功能。Objective To evaluate the effect of oral prosthodontics on chewing function in patients with congenital missing teeth.Methods A total of 78 patients with congenital tooth loss admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were divided into groups using odd-even method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received conventional orthodontic treatment and the observation group received oral prosthodontic treatment.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The masticatory function score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The score of language function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of oral prosthesis in patients with congenital tooth deficiency is definite,which can improve the masticatory function and language function,and is worth popularizing.
