摘 要:目的以CIPP模型与柯氏模型构建护理继续教育培训评价体系。方法通过文献阅读和半结构访谈法形成函询问卷,采用德尔菲专家函询法进行研究,用优序图法确定各级指标的权重。结果经两轮函询,最终确定基于CIPP模型与柯氏模型护理继续教育培训评价体系,包括4个一级指标、15个二级指标、56个三级指标,其中一级指标权重评分依次为背景评价、输入评价、过程评价、结果评价;德尔菲专家函询法可靠性分析显示,两轮专家函询问卷回收率分别为100%与88.5%,意见提出率分别为76.9%与8.7%,两轮专家权威系数均大于0.85,肯德尔协调系数分别是0.211、0.255、0.186。结论构建的该指标体系是较为科学、合理的,可为进一步完善我国护理继续教育培训体系的相关研究提供参考。Objective This research is designed to construct the evaluation system of continuing nursing education and training by CIPP model and Coriolis model.Methods Through literature review and semi-structured interview,we designed a letter questionnaire.We also conducted a Delphi expert letter questionnaire and the weight results of each index were determined by the order chart method.After two rounds of letter consultation,the evaluation system of continuing nursing education and training based on CIPP model and Kirscher model was finally determined,including 4 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators and 56 third-level indicators,among which the weight score of first-level indicators was the background evaluation,input evaluation,process evaluation,and result evaluation successively.The reliability analysis of the Delphi expert letter consultation method shows that the recovery rates of the two rounds of expert letter consultation questionnaires are 100% and 88.5% respectively,and the opinion proposal rates are 76.9% and 8.7% respectively.The expert authority coefficients of the two rounds are all greater than 0.85,and the Kendall coordination coefficients are 0.211,0.255,0.186 respectively.Conclusions This indicator system is relatively scientific in evaluating continuing nursing education and training and can provide reference for further study.
