摘　　要：《世界卫生组织2019年传统和补充医学报告》基于全球范围内3次调查及各会员国更新的数据,披露了全球传统和补充医学的现状,包含各会员国传统和补充医学的国家框架,草药监管情况,各国医疗服务、从业人员、教育和医疗保险情况,各会员国面临的困难挑战以及149个会员国概况5个主要部分。这份报告解决了该领域缺乏可信数据和信息的难题,为决策者、卫生技术专业人员及公众提供有价值的参考信息。报告的中文版2021年1月面世,本文对这份报告的背景及各部分主要内容进行了解读和梳理。报告涉及的各国传统和补充医学的法律法规及对执业者和草药产品的监管措施,为中医药更好地走向世界指引方向,有助于中医药为人类健康作出更大贡献。WHO Global Report on Traditional and Complementary Medicine 2019 reveals the current situation of Traditional and Complementary Medicine(T&CM)worldwide based on data from three global surveys and updated information from WHO member states.It includes five sections:national policy on T&CM;regulatory status of herbal medicine;practice,providers,education and health insurance;challenges and the need for WHO support and an overview of 149 member country.This report addresses the challenges of lacking credible data and information in this field,and provides valuable references for policymakers,health professionals and the public.The Chinese version of this report has just been published in Jan,2021.This paper offers an interpretation of this report,including its background and the main points in each section.This report covers T&CM laws regulations and regulatory status of herbal medicine,so analysis and reading of this report will provide us with the latest and the most valuable information of T&CM,which enlightens us about how to further carry out international dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine to serve the world people.
