摘 要:药学专业综合实验是培养药学应用型人才具备解决实际工作中复杂技术问题能力的主要措施和重要保障。以吉林大学珠海学院药学与食品科学学院为例,针对药学专业综合实验教学中目前存在的共性问题,结合用人单位实际需求和专业领域前沿发展方向,依据专业培养目标合理安排教学内容,改革教学方法和考核方式。通过“三个融合+一个组合+三个结合”的实践教学改革手段提升教学质量,使学生操作能力、解决实际生产问题的能力不断增强,以求培养出真正的应用型技术人才。The comprehensive experiment of pharmacy major is the main measure and important guarantee for cultivating applied pharmacy talents with the ability to solve complex technical problems in practical work.Taking the School of Pharmacy and Food Science of Zhuhai College of Jilin University as an example,in view of the common problems in the comprehensive experiment teaching of pharmacy major,and combined with the actual needs of employers and the frontier development direction of the professional field,the teaching content is rationally arranged according to the professional training goals,and the teaching methods and assessment methods are reformed.Through the“three integration+one combination+three combination”practice teaching reform,the quality of teaching is improved,and students’ability to operate and solve practical production problems is continuously enhanced,so as to cultivate real applied technical talents.
