摘  要:分析微信课堂联合情景模拟教学法在住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。回顾性选择2020年1月—2021年1月于本院接受轮转的60名皮肤科专业住院医师作为研究对象,根据采用不同的教学方法将其分为微信组(20人采用微信课堂教学法)、情景组(20人采用情景模拟教学法)、联合组(20人采用微信课堂+情景模拟教学法)。对比三组实践考核成绩、理论测试成绩、教学效果满意率。联合组病史采集成绩、病例分析成绩、临床技能操作成绩、总成绩高于微信组、情景组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组课堂练习测试成绩、课后作业成绩、总成绩高于微信组、情景组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组教学效果满意率高于微信组、情景组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在住院医师规范化培训中联合应用微信课堂联合情景模拟教学法,可有效提高住院医师的人文素质和专业能力。This study aims to analyze the application effect of WeChat classroom combined with scenario simulation teaching method in the standardized training of resident doctors.A retrospective study was conducted on 60 dermatology residents who received the rotation in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021.According to different teaching methods,they were divided into WeChat group(WeChat classroom teaching method,20 students),scenario group(scenario simulation teaching method,20 students),joint group(WeChat classroom teaching+scenario simulation teaching methods,20 students).The practice assessment results,theoretical test results,and the satisfaction rate of the teaching effect of the three groups were compared.The total score of medical history collection,case analysis results,and the results of clinical skills and operation of the joint group was higher than that of the WeChat group and the scenario group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total score of the classroom practice tests and after-class homework results was higher than that of the WeChat group and the scenario group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of the joint group was higher than that of the the WeChat group and scenario group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the standardized training of resident doctors,the joint application of WeChat classroom teaching and scenario simulation teaching can effectively improve the humanistic quality and professional ability of resident doctors.
