国际汉语教师职前师资培养中的问题及对策

摘  要:师资问题是国际汉语教师专业发展的核心问题之一,也是制约汉语国际推广的重要因素,目前国际汉语教师专业发展的师资问题主要表现在资源上总体不足和资质上良莠不齐。以职前师资培养为切入点,从汉语国际教育专业设置和培养方案及就业等方面梳理了国际汉语教师专业发展中存在的师资问题,对汉语国际教育专业的发展进行思考,认为职前师资培养阶段存在的问题,实际上就是当前汉语国际教育专业存在的一些问题,并结合时代背景提出相关的建议。The problem of“teachers”is one of the core problems in the professional development of international Chinese teachers,and it is also an important factor restricting the international promotion of Chinese language.The problem of“teachers”in the professional development of international Chinese teachers is mainly manifested in the overall shortage of resources and uneven qualifications.Taking the training of pre-service teachers as the starting point,this paper combs through the problems of teacher qualification and teacher resources in the professional development of international Chinese teachers from the aspects of the professional setting and training program and employment of Chinese international teachers,and thinks about the development of Chinese international education majors.It is considered that the problems existing in the pre-service teacher training stage are actually some problems existing in the current Chinese international education specialty,and the paper puts forward relevant suggestions in combination with the background of the times.
