摘　　要：传统的高职英语教学一直以来都存在一个极为突出的问题,即英语教学与职业教育发展不同步,学生的英语综合水平与技能相对薄弱,难以有效地满足社会和用人单位对学生英语职业能力的需求。为有效解决当前高职英语教学中存在的不足,提升学生的英语职业素养,从职业能力培养的角度入手,对相关问题进行分析和论述。Traditional higher vocational English teaching has always had a very prominent problem,that is,the development of English teaching and vocational education is not synchronized and the comprehensive level and skills of students English are relatively poorer,so it is difficult to effectively meet the needs of the society and employers for students English professional ability.In order to effectively solve the current shortcomings and deficiencies in English teaching in higher vocational schools,and to improve students English professional quality,starting from the perspective of professional ability training,relevant issues are analyzed and discussed in detail.
