摘  要:目的:评估课前检索与PBL+CBL结合的教学模式在老年医学教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年12月在中国科学技术大学附属第一医院老年科接受轮转的住院规培医师147例,通过计算机随机分为试验组(73例)和对照组(74例)。两组教学均采用PBL+CBL模式,试验组学员必须在课前通过App提交带教教师要求查阅的文献资料,对照组学员则自愿提交。通过问卷调查了解学员文献检索的相关情况,通过课堂表现成绩和出科考试成绩比较两组教学效果。结果:试验组学员课堂表现和考试成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:课前检索与PBL+CBL结合的教学模式可提高老年医学教学效果。Objective To assess the application efficacy of pre-class literature retrieval combined with PBL+CBL teaching model in teaching geriatrics.Methods One hundred and forty-seven residents receiving rotation training in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group(n=73)and control group(n=74),and trained using the PBL+CBL teaching model.The residents in experimental group must submit the literature retrieved through APP before class required by their instructor while those in control group decided to or not to submit the retrieved literature by themselves.The results of literature retrieval by residents in both groups were recorded by questionnaire investigation and the teaching efficacies in two groups were compared according to their classroom performance score and subject examination score.Results The classroom performance score and subject examination score were higher in experimental group than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pre-class literature retrieval combined with PBL+CBL teaching model can improve the teaching efficacy in geriatrics.
