摘  要:慕课教学具有大规模、开放和在线的特征,是一种把教育扩大到课堂之外的教育模式,以学生为主体,教学形式更为灵活多样,学习者有更多的选择空间,可以缓解师资紧张的压力,更好地分享优质教育资源,促进教育的公平性。但是慕课教学缺乏有效监督和权威认可,难以营造出浓厚的人文氛围,呈现出知识碎片化的缺点。需要探索更加科学合理的教学组织形式,与传统教学方式形成优势互补,建立和完善保障制度,通过技术细节来堵塞监管漏洞,不断提升慕课的教育质量。The MOOCs'teaching is characterized by large-scale,openness and online,which is an educational model that expands teaching beyond classroom.With students as the main body,its teaching methods are more flexible and diverse.It provides more choices for learners of high-quality educational resources and alleviate the pressure of teachers,so as to promote the fairness of education.However,the lack of effective supervision and authoritative recognition in the teaching of MOOCs makes it difficult to create a strong humanistic atmosphere and presents the shortcomings of fragmentation of knowledge.Therefore,it is necessary to explore more scientific and reasonable teaching and organizing forms to complement the advantages of traditional teaching methods,and to establish and improve the supporting system to plug the regulatory loopholes through technical details,so as to improve the education quality of MOOCs.
