摘　　要：本文从高职院校教学改革中学生及辅导员存在的问题切入,围绕制度保障、学习提升、高效引导等措施,立足辅导员内外部条件提出加强上述措施作用的建议,并认识到辅导员作为高职院校教学改革中学校和学生沟通的桥梁,在教学改革过程中起到举足轻重的作用。Based on both students and counselors problems in educational reforms in vocational colleges,in combination with the internal and external conditions for counselors,this paper presents relevant suggestions on how to strengthen the measures in the aspects of institutional guarantee,self-improvement through learning and efficient guidance.As the bridge between schools and students,counselors play a significant role in educational reforms in vocational colleges.
