摘  要:跆拳道因其具有动作简洁快速、容易掌握、快速获取格斗力等优势,十分受年轻人喜爱。近些年,加入跆拳道运动的青少年不断增多,但是由于青少年心理状态还不够稳定,身心发育处于发展阶段,因此,容易出现焦虑、紧张等心理问题,在训练中教练员要重视运动员心理素质方面的训练,通过各种心理训练方法、策略,帮助运动员消除焦虑,使其能够在跆拳道运动中感受到百折不挠的体育精神,进而塑造其优秀品格及坚强的意志力。Because of its simple and fast action,easy to master,fast access to fighting power and other advantages,taekwondo is very popular among Chinese young people.In recent years,more and more young people join in taekwondo.However,due to the unstable psychological state of young people,their physical and mental development is in the stage of development.Therefore,it is easy to have some psychological problems such as anxiety and tension.In training,coaches should pay attention to the training of athletes'psychological quality,and help athletes eliminate anxiety through various psychological training methods and strategies,so that it can feel the indomitable sports spirit in taekwondo,and then shape its excellent character and strong willpower.
