摘　　要：根据职业院校创新型人才培养方案,为了使高职毕业生更能贴近社会对英语应用型人才的需求,文章以高职英语实践课教学为例,提出在新媒体环境下,英语实践课教学的创新方案,旨在激发高职学生的学习兴趣,提高学习效率,提升自主学习能力,为创新型人才培养带来启示。According to the proposal for cultivating originative talents in higher vocational education institutes,it put forward the originative proposal of practical English teaching by taking the Teaching in practical English class as an example in order to stimulate the learning interests of student in higher vocational institutes and improvethe learning efficiency and the self-learning capability on the purpose of making the students graduated from higher vocational institutes closer to the demand of society for applied English talents and giving an enlightenment to the cultivation f originative talents.
