摘　　要：物流类专业和经贸类专业是不少高职院校适应区域经济发展的重要支撑专业,在“双高计划”背景下,这两类专业必须要组建国际物流专业群以回应国际物流产业快速发展对技术技能人才需求的重大变革。以提质培优行动计划为指引,高职院校应该在已有人才培养实践的基础上,调研分析国际物流职业岗位群,然后进行课程内容重组与改革,把现代学徒制作为可行模式,积极探索和创新跨专业人才培养机制。Logistics specialty and economic and trade specialty are important supporting specialties for many higher vocational colleges to adapt to the development of regional economy.Under the background of"double high plan",these two kinds of specialties must form international logistics specialty group to respond to the great change in the demand for technical talents due to the rapid development of international logistics industry.Guided by the action plan of improving quality and training excellence,higher vocational colleges should,on the basis of the existing talent training practice,investigate and analyze the international logistics professional post group,then carry out the curriculum content reorganization and reform,take the modern apprenticeship production as a feasible mode,and actively explore and innovate the training mechanism of interdisciplinary talents.
