摘　　要：习近平关于创新人才重要论述系统阐释了创新人才理论与实践的根本问题,展现了“六个统一”的理论品格,即强烈的时代性与深刻的现实性相统一、鲜明的问题导向性与明确的目标实践性相统一、坚定不移的党性与践行宗旨的人民性相统一、丰富的思想性与语言的平实性相统一、不忘根本的继承性与与时俱进的发展性相统一、自力更生的民族性与敞开大门的世界性相统一。Xi Jinping’s important exposition on innovative talents constitutes an important part of Xi Jinping’s thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It systematically expounds the fundamental issues of theories and practices of innovative talents,demonstrating strong timeliness and profound reality,the unity between problem orientation and practicality of definite goals,the unity between unwavering Party spirit and people's spirit of practicing the purpose,the unity between the rich ideology and the plainness of language,and the unity between fundamental inheritance and keeping pace with the times,the theoretical character of unity between self-reliance and the opening-up policies.
